Everyone loves a good meal and we want to provide you with simple, delicious recipes that come together quickly. These quick and easy meat recipes are not only healthy, but will also satisfy the whole family – so make up a bunch of these recipes and get creative!

Orange Chicken with Snow Peas

If you love Chinese takeout, but you don’t have time to go out and pick it up, then this recipe is for you! It’s simple to make and is one of our favorite chicken recipes. It also makes a great meal prep recipe if you’re looking for a way to use up some of your leftovers.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • Orange marmalade or sauce (like the kind you would use to make orange chicken at a Chinese restaurant)
  • Olive oil sprays (or use some olive oil from a mister)
  • Frozen stir fry vegetables (broccoli, snow peas and peppers are nice for this recipe) – season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add in other vegetables if you’d like!

Instructions:

  • Preheat an oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the chicken and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Let cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. I recommend using a meat thermometer to test if the chicken is done (the internal temperature should reach at least 165 degrees F).
  • Turn the heat down to low and add in the rest of the ingredients and stir. Let cook for about 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  • Serve over brown rice or noodles!

Chicken Tenders with Garlic Butter Sauce

French fries have become so popular, but not everyone can commit to eating the same old fried potato. This recipe offers a healthier alternative with the same great taste that everyone loves. This recipe is also a great meal prep recipe for those who love to meal prep their lunches for work.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Garlic, minced or garlic powder to taste (I prefer fresh chopped garlic)
  • Olive oil spray (or use some olive oil from a mister)
  • Frozen stir fry vegetables (broccoli, snow peas and peppers are nice for this recipe) – season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add in other vegetables if you’d like!

Instructions:

  • Preheat an oiled pan over medium-high heat. Add in the chicken and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Let cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  • Turn the heat down to low and add in the rest of the ingredients and stir. Let cook for about 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  •  Serve over brown rice or noodles!

Chicken Salad with Apples and Almonds

One of the go-to lunches that people like to make is chicken salad because it’s a great alternative to sandwiches every day! And if you’re not a sandwich fan, then you’ve probably been looking for something new to eat for lunch. This recipe is nice because its serving size is small enough to grab and go and not be too heavy.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast tenders, sliced thinly
  • Apple slices, diced or chopped into small pieces
  • Almonds, chopped (or you can use any nut you would like!)

Instructions:

  • In a bowl or plate, add all ingredients and mix. Use an immersion blender if you want to make it super smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!
